Job summary

NJDPT in New Jersey's largest privately owned physical therapy practice is seeking a Clinical Assistant. You will work alongside Doctors of Physical Therapy, learn clinical decision-making, and gain hands-on experience in orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

You'll build relationships with patients, support clinic flow, and contribute to exceptional patient care through mentorship and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Assist Doctors of Physical Therapy during patient treatment sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
• Support clinic flow and contribute to an exceptional patient experience from arrival through discharge.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Learn about orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, therapeutic exercise, and movement science.
• Play an essential role in helping patients restore function, improve movement, and return to the activities they love.
