• Current and active Indiana licensure as an LPN or CMA certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Maintain required continuing education for licensure/certification.
• Practice within the legal scope defined by Indiana practice acts.
• Knowledge of clinical procedures appropriate to licensure level.
• Understanding of infection prevention and sterilization standards.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and basic computer skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and respect for patients and coworkers.

Hours: 40 Hours Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and clinic policies, procedures and standards of care. Communicates with provider and team members concerning patient's clinical status, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
