Job summary

Essentia Health Graceville Clinic is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support our care teams with direct patient care in ambulatory and home settings. You will assist RN, physicians and other providers, perform procedures within your demonstrated competencies and help deliver compassionate, high-quality care to diverse patients.

This role serves patients from newborns to the elderly, with day rotation in Graceville and employment as a 1.0 FTE.

Qualifications

• State license required to practice practical nursing.
• BLS certification required.
• MN LPN license must be obtained within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN, physicians, and other providers with direct patient care.
• Perform identified procedures within demonstrated competencies.
• Care for patients from newborn to elderly per age-related category.
