Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MA-R licensure preferred or obtained within 60 days.
• 1 year clinical or medical office experience preferred or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification preferred or must be obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and gather vitals.
• Update and document patient med history and problem list in chart.
• Educate patients on procedures and tests.
• Manage routine clinic in-box requests and scheduling tasks.
• Support administrative functions as needed.
• Document care encounters accurately and timely.
• Maintain exam rooms and restock as needed.
• Identify safety issues and report to Clinic Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
