Job summary

Vida is a virtual, personalized obesity care provider that uses evidence-based treatment to help patients manage obesity and related conditions. This is a 3-month seasonal remote role that focuses on managing end-to-end prescribing and prior authorization operations, serving as an escalation point for complex coverage inquiries and as a liaison between clinical teams and PBMs.

You will document hours and uphold HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with prior authorizations or PBM navigation in a medical or telehealth setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor peers.
• Proficiency in EHR tools, prior authorization platforms, and cloud collaboration tools.
