Arnot Ogden Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Assistant to support patient care on the 4B unit. The role involves assisting nursing staff, reviewing equipment and supply needs, and performing technical procedures under supervision. Reports to the Unit Director.

The position offers 20 hours per week with an Evening/Night schedule and a sign-on bonus up to $2,500. BLS is required within 90 days of hire; high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable for consideration.

Formación

• High school diploma required or comparable work experience may be accepted as a valid substitute for formal educational credentials.
• Experience in health care environment preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire date.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Skills Demonstrates competency in skills and procedures.
• Performs competency in emergency situations.
• Remains calm and stays available during code situations.
• Performs patient care/documents and reports patient data to RN in a timely manner.
• Problem Solving/Decision Making Practices effective problem identification and problem solution skills.
• Demonstrates effective conflict resolution processes.
• Recognizes changes in patient status and advises appropriate personnel immediately.
• Sets priorities effectively.
