Indiana University School of Medicine Division of Abdominal Transplantation and Indiana University Health Physicians are actively recruiting a full-time abdominal transplant surgeon with a focus on liver and intestine transplant to join the faculty at the assistant, associate, or professor level. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of surgeons and APPs providing exceptional surgical care in Indianapolis.
The primary goal of this recruitment is to support a well-established abdominal transplant surgery division. IU Health ranks include: 3rd in pancreas transplant volume, 5th in intestine transplant volume, and 5th in liver transplant volume. Skills such as living donor liver transplantation, minimally invasive donor hepatectomy, liver perfusion, normothermic regional perfusion (NRP), or robotic surgery are desirable.
