An earned doctoral degree (upon appointment) in nutrition or a related field.
Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Nutritional Sciences (95% Teaching and 5% Service), full-time, 9-month academic year appointment in the Department of Nutritional Sciences in the College of Family and Consumer Sciences.
To be considered for the position of Clinical Assistant Professor, the applicant must hold an earned doctoral degree (upon appointment) in nutrition or a related field.
To be considered for the position of Clinical Associate Professor, the applicant must meet the above qualifications and have at least five years at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor.
To be considered for the position of Clinical Professor, the applicant must meet the above qualifications and have at least five years at the rank of Clinical Associate Professor.
It is preferred that the applicant be credentialed as a registered dietitian nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetics; have at least two years at the rank of clinical instructor and/or comparable training and/or post-graduate experience in area of nutritional sciences; and have two years of experience with effective online pedagogy and best practices in teaching and learning.
