Essen Health Care in New York seeks a Clinical Assistant Associate Director to provide senior level oversight for the Clinical Assistant division, managing 35–40 FTEs with 3–5 Leads and Managers, and aligning operations with facility and organizational goals.

Position Title: Clinical Assistant Associate Director
Job Summary: The Clinical Assistant Associate Director provides senior level oversight and strategic direction for the entire Clinical Assistant (CA) operation, managing a team of 35 to 40 FTEs with the support of 3 to 5 Leads and Managers. This role is responsible for driving team performance, aligning CA operations with facility level and organizational goals, and ensuring provider productivity across all assigned nursing home sites. The Associate Director owns workforce planning, performance management frameworks, and in service education strategy for the CA division. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operational leader who brings a track record of managing large teams in a healthcare environment, can navigate complex multi site dynamics, and knows how to build scalable processes that deliver measurable results.
