Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team in Minnesota. This in-person role supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while positively impacting patients’ daily experiences.

The position focuses on overseeing the busy lab schedule and requires advanced phlebotomy skills, catheter changes, blood draws, and injections. Occasional travel to satellite clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or current certification/licensure in Minnesota (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA).
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with medical systems and clinical tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procedures, prepare patients for exams, and perform basic clinical duties.
• Oversee busy lab schedule with advanced phlebotomy, catheter changes, blood draws, and injections.
• Educate patients on care plans, treatments, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and care team members.

Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) - Full-Time
Minnesota Urology P.A.

Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team. This in-person role offers the opportunity to support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while making a positive impact on patients' daily experiences.

The starting hourly pay ranges from $24.80 to $31.00, based on qualifications and experience. Position Overview

As a Clinical Assistant, you will support providers with clinical tasks and help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience. Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, preparing patients for exams, and performing basic clinical duties.This position will be focuses on overseeing the busy lab schedule and needs advanced phlebotomy skills, catheter changes, blood draws and injections.

This role may require occasional travel to satellite clinic locations, providing opportunities to expand your experience and work alongside a variety of providers.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Educating patients on care plans, treatments, and procedures
• Communicating effectively with patients and care team members
• Answering, documenting, and responding to patient phone calls
• Supporting clinic operations and assisting team members as needed

Qualifications
