Apex ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our passionate team. You will design ABA therapy plans, monitor progress, and provide supervision to therapists while maintaining open communication with families.

This hybrid role offers flexible hours (Day/Afternoon/Evenings) and competitive pay starting from $90 per hour, with benefits like health, dental, vision, and paid time off. Travel up to 25% is preferred as needed to support clients.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children with autism.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design ABA therapy plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to therapists.
• Review clinical reports and session notes.
• Write progress reports for each client.
• Maintain communication with parents/caregivers and provide training.
• Coordinate with Director to ensure quality of cases.

Job Responsibilities
