Apex ABA Therapy in Frederick, MD is seeking a dedicated BCBA to design ABA therapy plans and oversee client progress. This full-time role offers a generous sign-on bonus, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience with children with autism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design ABA therapy plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans regularly.
• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to therapists.
• Review clinical reports and session notes.
• Write data-driven progress reports.
• Regularly communicate with parents and caregivers and provide training.
• Coordinate with Director to maintain case quality.

Job Responsibilities

• -Design ABA therapy plans
• -Monitor the progress, and make adjustments on a regular basis
• -Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• -Constantly review clinical reports and session notes
• -Write reports outlining data and progress for each client
• -Regular communication with parents and caregivers, as well as training
• -Coordinate with Director to maintain quality of cases

• -BCBA certification given by the BACB
• -At least 1 year of Experience with working with children with autism
• -Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
