Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland for a hybrid position. The role offers flexible hours, strong family impact, and competitive compensation with benefits.

You will lead ABA therapy plans, supervise teams, and collaborate with families to drive progress for children with autism. We seek a BCBA with BACB certification and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) is required.
• At least 1 year of experience with children with autism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design ABA therapy plans.
• Monitor the progress and make adjustments on a regular basis.
• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Review clinical reports and session notes.
• Write reports outlining data and progress for each client.
• Regular communication with parents and caregivers, as well as training.
• Coordinate with Director to maintain quality of cases.
