Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Clinical Assessor in North Carolina to perform Comprehensive Clinical Assessments and JJSAMHP referrals assessments for treatment planning. The role includes a small caseload and delivering behavioral health counseling to adults, children, adolescents, or families.

Applicants should hold a master’s degree in a related field and active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCAS, LCSW-A, LPC-A, LMFT-A) with at least one year of full-time experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Must have at least one year of full-time, documented experience with the population served.
• Licensure in an appropriate discipline required – LCSW; LPC; LMFT; LCAS; LCSW-A; LPC-A; LMFT-A.
• Maintain valid insurance for personal vehicles utilized for work.

Responsibilities

• Complete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments and assessments for JJSAMHP referrals from the Department of Juvenile Justice to identify behavioral or psychological symptoms or patterns for treatment recommendations.
• Carry a small caseload and provide behavioral health counseling to adults, children, adolescents, or families.
