Qualifications

• Three years of experience in training and development and presentation of training programs.
• Strong demonstrated knowledge of hospital related computer systems and procedures, and systes input/output impact on users.
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
• Must possess high level skills with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated knowledge of third party billing functions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical insurance plans and managed care in an ambulatory care setting.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
• Ability to assess training needs, develop training and organizational development interventions and assess outcome of those interventions.
