Sanford Health is seeking a professional to support clinical practice through the development and maintenance of clinical information technologies. The role involves analyzing workflows, creating reports, and providing high-level customer service. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, an Associate's Degree, and relevant IT experience.

Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain clinical information technologies to support clinical practice. Use data to support clinical decision-making and identify desired outcomes.
Research, analyze, and make recommendations for application workflow improvements. Create and analyze reports using multiple reporting mechanisms. Utilize Tier Two/high level of customer service while promoting and participating in the team approach.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, excellent time management and prioritization skills are essential. Training presentation skills and proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Efficient use of Microsoft Office software is necessary. A positive attitude and superior customer service skills are expected.
Proficiency in Sanford applications, basic knowledge of other Sanford applications, and understanding of ITIL philosophies are needed. Ability to adapt to change, consider alternative approaches, and maintain active knowledge in the area of specialty are important for supporting current clinical practices and end-user perspectives.
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a clinical field or at least three years of clinical experience in the specialty preferred.
Previous experience in Information Technology is preferred.
Depending on location, candidates should be licensed/registered/certified in a clinical field within Sanford’s footprint. IT certification should be obtained within six months of hire and completed within three attempts. EPIC application certification and compliance should be obtained within six months of hire, following renewal guidelines per discipline.
