bioMérieux is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist I to deliver product applications and technical support for diagnostic test systems. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, training, and coordinating with internal and field teams to ensure world-class customer support and timely complaint resolution.
Responsibilities include on-call 24-hour support, escalation handling, and participation in revenue-generating initiatives while maintaining awareness of quality standards and ERP processes.
This is position follows a hybrid schedule. The selected candidate will be expected to report onsite to one of our field office in Salt Lake City, Raleigh/Durham or St. Louis 2-3 times/week.
The Clinical Applications Specialist I (CAS I) provides product applications and technical support to internal and external customers for the diagnostic test systems marketed by bioMérieux including but not limited to training, troubleshooting, and consultation. This product knowledge is used to support sales growth through delivering exceptional technical support. Manages the complaint handling process to ensure the timely, accurate resolution of customer complaints and will also coordinate efforts with other internal and field support teams to provide world-class support for all customers. Promotes teamwork and cooperation, removes barriers to productivity, and creates an enthusiastic/positive work environment.
The estimated salary range for this role in Utah, North Carolina or Missouri is between $67,800 - $86,200. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux’s bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
