Samsung HME America, the medical imaging division, seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist for Digital Radiology across AZ/CA/NV with up to 75% travel. We are seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to support the Digital Radiography Market. This role provides clinical and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process, partnering with Sales Representatives, Dealers, and the Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a minimum of 75% travel, which may include some weekends.

Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Support

• Build and maintain strong business relationships across sales, marketing, operations, and key account stakeholders to drive consistent clinical performance objectives.
• Support Sales and Dealer training initiatives to ensure high levels of product knowledge and clinical differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to meet client training requirements and support sales initiatives.
• Provide management with timely updates on issues or concerns that may impact product sales and support within the channel.
• Collaborate with the product management and service teams to share field feedback and improve product performance.
• Deliver clinical presentations and provide support at scientific meetings and trade shows.
• Capture training photos and videos, when possible, in compliance with hospital guidelines.
• Work closely with strategic partners to ensure successful integration and support activities.
• Assist with basic on-site troubleshooting to resolve service-related issues quickly.
• Maintaining all site surveys, monthly activity tracking and training documentation.
• Responsible for booking travel and filing expense reports in a timely manner.

Conduct & Personal Development

• Maintain current knowledge in relevant clinical and technical fields.
• Complete all required training courses and maintain all required certifications.
• Follow all company policies regarding travel, expenses, and equipment handling.

• 1+ years of experience in clinical education/lead technologist/QA/QC tech preferred.
• ~ Trauma or surgery experience a plus.
• ~ Must be able to be compliant with hospital credentialing requirements.
• ~ Ability to travel on short notice and stay overnight as needed.
• ~ Computer & Analytic Skills
• ~ Must be excellent with technology , able to present using a laptop and able demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome

Travel Requirements

• Willingness to travel internationally, overnight, and on weekends with 75% travel required
• background and drug testing (pre‑and post‑employment) is required
• Must be able to sit and/or drive for long periods of time when travelling.
