AccentCare is a national post-acute healthcare provider with over 45 years of industry experience. The Clinical Applications Manager - Homecare Homebase will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing support of clinical processes in the active EMR system.

You will lead a team of Home Health System Analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure CMS-compliant functionality, and drive automation and quality improvements while aligning with AccentCare’s mission and patient-centered care

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of home health and/or hospice clinical care delivery experience.
• 8 years of experience in the use of electronic medical records and working with frontline caregivers using Point of Care software solutions (Homecare Homebase) preferred.
• Strong resolution orientation and ability to collaborate across levels.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage a diverse team impacting business processes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the development, implementation, and support of clinical processes in use of the software.
• Identify opportunities to automate or refine practices to monitor quality of care, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Gather and analyze functional requirements for enhancements and manage execution.
• Prepare written materials and participate on cross-functional teams to integrate functionality.
• Stay updated on CMS guidelines to ensure software compliance.
• Supervise team of Home Health and Hospice System Analysts.
