Job Description

Provides a variety of services and high-level support for analyzing low to mid complexity projects, along with maintaining EHR applications. Responsibilities include meeting with clinical end users to gather workflow requirements; analyzing, designing, configuring, educating, and supporting the implementation of those requirements; managing projects for new functionality and system updates; ensuring application updates follow best practices and change control protocols; resolving issues and communicating with clinical end users. Must be highly responsive and capable of translating customer requirements into feasible application options. Also responsible for developing, implementing, and presenting educational programs to ensure user competency. Works under general supervision.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• OR Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
• OR 4 years of experience in relevant fields.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications

No certification or licensure required.
