Novocure seeks a Supervisor, Clinical Appeals to lead the Clinical Appeals team within the Reimbursement department. You will allocate work, coach staff, monitor quality and deadlines, and guide complex cases with clear advocacy and thorough documentation.

You will oversee adherence to approved procedures and templates, support onboarding, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve workflow issues, while contributing to audits and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Active LPN or RN license, or relevant healthcare experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant clinical, medical device, durable medical equipment (DME), reimbursement, utilization review, or appeals experience, including leadership exposure.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating the work of others.
• Advanced knowledge of government and commercial appeals, clinical documentation, and oncology terminology.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, data-analysis, and escalation-management skills.
• Ability to independently direct daily case execution and guide staff on complex matters.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to maintain required professional licensure, when applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the Clinical Appeals team.
• Allocate and monitor work, coach employees, oversee quality and timeliness.
• Resolve complex or escalated cases while ensuring approved appeal processes are followed.
• Review complex or escalated cases and guide clinical strategy, written advocacy, and hearing preparation.
• Ensure consistent use of approved procedures, templates, documentation standards, and confidentiality controls.
• Conduct quality reviews, provide objective feedback, and coordinate employee development activities.
• Support onboarding and competency development for new and experienced staff.
• Facilitate team huddles, case conferences, and operational communications.
• Partner with reimbursement leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve workflow and documentation issues.
• Support audits, policy updates, process improvements, change implementation, and operational reporting.
• Perform other duties and priorities as assigned by management.
