Alloy Health is seeking a Clinical and Pharmacy Operations Associate to transform women's healthcare experiences during perimenopause and menopause. This role is critical to ensuring seamless, timely, and compassionate care from the first interaction through the entire health journey.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in telemedicine operations or 5+ years of in-person pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of telemedicine operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
