Clinical and Pharmacy Operations Associate

Alloy Health is seeking a Clinical and Pharmacy Operations Associate to transform women's healthcare experiences during perimenopause and menopause. This role is critical to ensuring seamless, timely, and compassionate care from the first interaction through the entire health journey.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in telemedicine operations or 5+ years of in-person pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of telemedicine operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of telemedicine services
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Case management of doctors to ensure meeting of SLAs, reassignment as needed, and problem resolution with compliance errors
• Work with the Clinical Director and Pharmacy and Clinical Manager to coordinate across the organization to ensure seamless patient care

Pharmacy Operations

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy compliance issues and errors
• Ensure compliance of Rx and work to resolve non-compliant Rx between doctors and pharmacy
• Manage pharmacy order errors daily, managing to issue resolution
• Serve as liaison between support and pharmacy as needed
• Monitor fulfillment SLAs and proactively communicate delays with the support team

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in telemedicine operations, preferably in asynchronous care models or 5+ years of in-person pharmacy experience
• Strong understanding of telemedicine operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements, prescription compliance, and pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomy and initiative

Strongly Preferred

• Pharmacy Technician certification or equivalent pharmacy operations experience
• Experience with e-pharmacy platforms and fulfillment operations
• Background in women's health, hormone therapy, or chronic care management
• Experience managing SLAs and using data to drive operational improvements
