Job summary

Stanford Medicine Children's Health is seeking an Analytics & Clinical Effectiveness Specialist to join the Center for Pediatric & Maternal Value. You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to translate questions into analytics solutions, from BI reports to statistical models, driving data-driven improvements in care management.

You will champion data integrity, develop insights, and present findings to stakeholders, supporting quality, safety, and equity initiatives across clinical programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a work-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of progressively responsible related work experience; five years preferred.
• Licensure/certification: None required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and automates reporting solutions with stakeholder input.
• Interprets data analyses and presents insights to enable decision making.
• Develops analytic plans, measures outcomes, and supports process improvement.
• Creates analytical models and visualizations to inform strategy.
