Stanford Medicine Children's Health is seeking an Analytics & Clinical Effectiveness Specialist to join the CPV data analytics team. The role partners with interdisciplinary teams to translate clinical data into actionable insights, build BI reports, and support data-driven improvements in care management.

The ideal candidate will design analytical models, ensure data integrity, and communicate findings to stakeholders, enabling improved quality, safety, and equity across pediatric care services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a work-related field; Master’s preferred.
• Three years of progressively responsible related work experience; five years preferred.
• Licensure/certification: none required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and automates reporting solutions with BI reports.
• Interprets data analyses and translates results into actionable insights.
• Drives data-informed decisions by consulting with stakeholders and measuring impact.
• Develops analytic models and supports performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with Quality and Performance teams to monitor clinical outcomes.
• Represents analytics authority in meetings and committees.
