Stanford Medicine Children’s Health is seeking an Analytics & Clinical Effectiveness Specialist to lead health equity analytics and support improvement efforts. You’ll translate complex data into BI reports, collaborate across disciplines, and help shape evidence‑based decisions that advance patient outcomes.

In this role, you’ll partner with the Chief Health Equity Officer and IS-Analytics teams to design analytics strategies, develop measures, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a work-related field from an accredited college or university.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Experience using statistics to evaluate and interpret data and improve quality and process.
• Expertise with BI reporting and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, implements, and automates reporting solutions with BI tools.
• Interprets data analyses and translates findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Drives data-informed decisions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting processes.
• Develops analytical models to support clinical performance improvement and health equity initiatives.
• Represents analytics and health equity expertise in meetings and committees.
• Collaborates across departments to monitor clinical outcomes and improve quality and safety metrics.
