Hanger, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Clinical Aide to support certified clinicians in delivering orthotic and prosthetic patient care. Under supervision, you will assist with patient prep, fabrication, and documentation, contributing to accurate treatment delivery.

You will perform molds, adjust devices, fit soft goods, manage inventory, and help ensure compliance with Medicare, OSHA, and safety standards while maintaining patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or patient facing role.
• Preference for allied health professionals (PTA, OTA, Athletic trainer, etc).
• Must have a valid driver's license and driving record within policy standards.
• Licensed allied health professionals may be supervised under Indirect Supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assist certified clinicians in delivering patient care services under direct supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for clinical procedures.
• Perform technical fabrication tasks, including making and modifying molds.
• Execute treatment modifications, adjustments, and repairs as directed by the supervising clinician.
• Fit and provide soft goods items to patients.
• Provide alterations and adjustments to soft goods items as needed.
• Provide orthotics fitting services independently.
• Assist with selected patient follow-up care under clinician direction.
• Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care provided.
• Communicate patient information and care outcomes to the supervising clinician.
• Ensure all patient procedures comply with clinical protocols and standards.
