Clinical Affairs Training Specialist - New Jersey

This role involves providing world-class training and support for physicians and staff on RxSight products and technology, supporting clinical efforts at customer sites, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and SOPs. Responsibilities include training staff, onboarding new customers, conducting audits, supporting clinical studies, troubleshooting, and maintaining communication with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Significant clinical experience in ophthalmology, particularly in cataract surgery and related device operations.
  • Strong knowledge of patient diagnostic and evaluative processes in ophthalmology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of clinical experience in the ophthalmic industry.

Preferred education includes a BSc in Optometry or related fields, with relevant certifications such as OD, COT, COA, etc. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Salary range is $90,000 to $120,000, and the position is classified as mid-senior level, full-time.
