Salary Range: $145,000 - $153,000/Annually. The final pay will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience.

The Clinical Advisor provides in-house clinical support for onboarding customers and reducing time to proficiency with clear aligners. The role also guides internal training and supports regional marketing and education teams for product launches. This position supports the East Coast.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Work with key providers to establish treatment protocols for aligner therapy.
  • Serve as a 2nd-level consultant for providers on difficult cases.
  • Assist the sales team in reducing provider onboarding time.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to activate users and increase case starts.
  • Travel with field sales and marketing teams for onboarding and engagement.
  • Train sales and service teams from a clinical perspective.
  • Provide clinical training to providers via online and onsite methods.
  • Support product launches with clinical case collection and support.
  • Stay updated on product and market changes through liaison with country teams.
  • Participate in UAT and provide feedback on clinical products.
  • Contribute to achieving business results and adhere to company policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • DDS/DMD/BDS (Foreign or Domestic).
  • 5+ years in dentistry, with at least 2+ years in a clinical environment or as a setup technician.
  • 1+ years’ experience with orthodontics and clear aligners.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Experience training dentists and orthodontists.
  • Living on the East Coast.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office.
