Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Vocational Nursing.
• California LVN license required.
• Minimum one year LVN experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Direct and prioritize admissions and transfers from multiple portals of entry.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Admissions Nurse and nursing supervisor.
• Monitor bed availability and communicate changes to involved departments.
• Help develop and revise ADT processes and bed utilization policies.
• Ensure EMTALA compliance and patient placement according to needs.
• Lead, supervise and collaborate with staff as required.
