Encompass Health in Virginia is seeking an Admissions Liaison with clinical licensure to coordinate admissions for inpatients and outpatients, verify referrals, and schedule admissions efficiently.

Formación

• One or more years in hospital admissions procedures.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician preferred.
• Understanding multidisciplinary care levels is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate an efficient admissions process for all patients.
• Perform pre-certifications.
• Assemble Admissions consent packets.
• Maintain accurate listing of all patients in hospital.
• Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information and execute scheduling/admission procedures.
• Contribute to the referral process and input data into hospital systems.

Qualifications

• One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are advantageous.
