Maximus is hiring a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to support our Colorado HMA (Health Maintenance Activities) Review Program . This is a 100% remote position.We are looking for a detail‑oriented and highly organized professional to deliver essential administrative and client‑focused support. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to voicemails and emails, and ensure accurate and timely updates to documentation across multiple systems. You will also manage assessments in assessment pro, referrals, assist with follow‑up activities, and ensure data entry is completed efficiently and accurately. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM MT, with Saturday coverage every 8-10 weeks
