Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to create a safe, welcoming entry point for patients and manage admissions, discharges, and payroll-related tasks.

You will prepare reports, oversee billing processes, and maintain records and supplies in a fast-paced clinic setting. The role requires at least one year of administrative experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with standard office software.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of administrative experience required; two years preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment institutional systems.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients to ensure a safe, welcoming center entry.
  • Handle patient admission and discharge processes.
  • Prepare network reports and review monthly billing.
  • Facilitate payroll and orient new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and office supplies/machines.
  • Maintain patient medical records according to policies.

The Clinical Administrative Coordinator provides a safe and professional environment when patients first enter our centers, where they are greeted and assisted in a positive and welcoming way. T The Clinical Administrative Coordinator (CAC) is responsible for patient admission and discharge processes, preparing network reports, reviewing and submitting monthly billing, facilitating payroll, orienting new employees, maintaining employee records, and maintaining office supplies and office machines in the center. The CAC is responsible for maintaining patient medical records as mandated in the medical records, privacy, and emergency policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required; AA or AS degree preferred
