Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health at Winchester Hospital is seeking a part-time Clinical/Administrative Associate for evening shifts. The role combines clinical and administrative tasks to support patient care on a 223-bed regional unit, with weekend and holiday rotation.

Emphasis on accurate charting, patient welcome and safety, and teamwork within a Magnet-designated setting. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, CNA certification or nursing student experience, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred or nursing student with clinical rotation.
• Three months of clinical care experience required.
• Preferred: at least one year in an administrative support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide both clinical and administrative assistance on the unit.
• Perform basic procedures to ensure patient care and safety.
• Assist with ADLs, ambulating patients, bed changes, and transport.
• Collect, label, and transport specimens; obtain vital signs; perform EKGs.
