Job description

Clinical Account Manager - Georgia PDL - Remote

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to build and maintain customer relationships, lead account teams, and deliver value through pharmaceutical care and cost solutions. The role involves general account management, including P&L responsibility, contract compliance, and strategic planning in collaboration with sales and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform customer-centric pharmacy services.
  • Ensure overall account satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with pharmacy contacts.
  • Resolve customer service issues and support performance guarantees.
  • Maintain knowledge of contract details and ensure performance through risk management.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for long-term profitable relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer services.
  • Demonstrate pharmacy solution value and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Support clinical operations and client-specific programs.
  • Manage financial aspects, including revenue, costs, and EBITDA targets.
  • Drive up-sell opportunities and support renewal activities.
  • Identify and retain talented team members and ensure staff training.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • At least 2 years of management leadership experience.
  • Over 5 years of pharmacy experience.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Additional Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in clinical operations, quality, network, pharmacy, or project management, or a managed care pharmacy residency.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and monitor projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and basic financial analysis skills.
  • Experience in project management and health plans; provider experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree.
  • PharmD and state pharmacy licensure.
Physical Demands
  • Remain stationary 50% of the time; able to move as needed.
  • Operate office equipment and communicate effectively.
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Potential pay ranges from $108,000 to $184,000 depending on experience. Benefits details are available on our website.
