We’re looking for a Clinical Account Executive to join our team in South Florida. This in-office position is based at our North Miami headquarters and includes regular travel to medspas, dermatologists, and aesthetic clinics across the region.

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and close new business through prospecting, referrals, and field sales
  • Present and demo high-performance devices (Dermapen 4) and skincare (Dp Dermaceuticals)
  • Strategically grow your territory through strong relationship-building

Clinical Education & Client Success

  • Onboard and train new clients on treatment protocols, product usage, and post-care plans
  • Provide ongoing support and insight to maximize clinic success and repeat sales
  • Act as a brand ambassador at local industry events and networking opportunities

Office Collaboration & Territory Reporting

  • Collaborate in-office with the sales team and leadership to refine strategy
  • Maintain accurate records using HubSpot CRM
  • Report weekly on territory performance, pipeline health, and client feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in skincare, medical devices, or aesthetics
  • Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage both in-office planning and in-field execution
  • Experience working with clinics, spas, or medical professionals is a strong plus
  • Based in local Metro area with reliable transportation

This role is designed for long-term success. Within 12–18 months, top performers may grow into Regional Sales Leadership roles with expanded responsibilities and the ability to build a local team.

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$160,000 (depending on experience and performance)
  • 15% Commission on full-priced device sales
  • 5% Residual Commission on all consumable reorders (uncapped)
  • Bonuses: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual incentives based on performance
  • Benefits (some benefits are activated after a 90-day ramp-up period):
