Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service with a focus on behavioral health and substance abuse treatments.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and proficiency with various computer programs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays; day shift required.
• Experience with EPIC is preferred.

Schedule

6:45 am - 3:15 pm, every other weekend

Part-time days, 16/32 hours
