The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism, including assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of behavior technicians. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position based in Hammond, LA with onsite, hybrid, and remote work options where approved.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical treatment for patients, including assessment and plan development.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians; monitor treatment adherence.
• Update treatment plans regularly and communicate progress to caregivers and payers.
• Collaborate with center leadership and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support care teams across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.
