Job summary

FCS Services is seeking a dependable Part-Time Terminal Cleaner to join a local clinic in Merritt Island, Florida. You will perform terminal cleaning and disinfection of patient areas, restrooms, offices, and treatment spaces, following healthcare procedures and using approved products and PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or janitorial cleaning preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning and disinfection procedures in clinical settings.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check per client policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform terminal cleaning and disinfection of assigned clinic areas.
• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, treatment areas, exam rooms, offices, waiting areas.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles and countertops.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; maintain restrooms and sinks.
• Dispose of trash and replace liners as needed, following safety procedures.
• Adhere to infection-control, sanitation, and PPE requirements.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain clean, organized spaces.
