Compensation: Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.70 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized services involving interaction with patients, visitors, and the healthcare team.
  • Greet and escort patients from waiting areas to treatment rooms.
  • Perform medical testing such as vital signs, urine specimens, and height/weight measurements as directed by physicians or nursing staff.
  • Prepare and manage charge tickets.
  • Answer and document patient phone inquiries regarding medical questions, test results, and medications, maintaining communication with physicians and nursing staff.
  • Use independent judgment within established protocols to perform various duties.
  • Ensure patient rooms and instruments are clean and stocked with supplies.
  • Order and maintain clinic supplies.
  • Perform pre-load responsibilities as needed based on clinic requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a medical setting preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of employment.
