Job Description:
Provide specialized services involving interaction with patients, visitors, and the healthcare team. Greet and escort patients, perform medical tests (vital signs, urine specimens, height/weight), and prepare charge tickets. Handle patient calls regarding medical questions, test results, and medications, maintaining contact with physicians and nursing staff. Use independent judgment within established protocols. Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in patient rooms and clinics. Manage clinic supplies and perform pre-load duties as needed.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required. One year of medical setting experience preferred. Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
