Qualifications

  • Six months of administrative or clinic experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises daily activities and operations of the clinic's administrative team.
  • Maintains clear communication through team and individual supervision meetings.
  • Promotes high morale and strong performance.
  • Provides orientation, training, and mentoring to new employees.
  • Ensures achievement of clinical and operational goals on time.
  • Trains staff to understand the service delivery model.
  • Ensures compliance with policy and operational expectations.
  • Addresses performance issues and provides support.
  • Improves staff competence with educational resources.
  • Analyzes data to improve clinical, operational, and financial results.
  • Prepares and analyzes reports.
  • Manages timecards and payroll responsibilities.
  • Collaborates with QA to ensure regulatory compliance (grants, licensing, audits, Medicaid).
  • Coordinates with leadership to ensure shift coverage; provides on-call coverage.

Your leadership will help create an efficient, welcoming experience from the very first interaction.

Pay:

Range starts at $20.65/hour (pay is calculated based on years of related working experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Summary

The Clinic Team Lead performs a variety of supervisory tasks and ensures employees have the resources and training to perform their jobs successfully. The Team Lead possesses advanced knowledge and skill in their respective function and utilizes this knowledge and skill to train, coach, and supervise employees. The Team Lead actively encourages a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Essential Functions
  • Supervises the daily activities and operational performance of a clinic team of administrative employees
  • Ensures ongoing and transparent communication by holding team and individual supervision meetings, and the utilization of approved communication resources. Ensures communication saturation.
  • Promotes a culture of strong performance and high morale
  • Provides orientation, training, and mentoring to new employees; ensures that orientation and training objectives are completed within established timeframes
  • Ensures the completion of clinical and operational goals within required timelines
  • Coordinates and trains employees to understand program service delivery model and how each member of the team serves to ensure fulfillment
  • Ensures employee compliance with company policy, procedure and operational expectations
  • Addresses performance problems and provides appropriate support
  • Improves employee competence by providing educational resources and training
  • Improves clinical, operational, and financial results by analyzing data; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
  • Prepares and analyzes reports as required
  • Manages employee timecards and other payroll responsibilities
  • Works with the Quality Assurance department and Valley Leadership to ensure compliance with all related and applicable regulatory requirements including but not limited to: grants, licensing, audits, property management and Medicaid.
  • Coordinates with leadership to ensure shift coverage; provides on-call coverage as assigned
Requirements

Licenses/Certificates
  • CPR Certification (Post-hire)
  • Valley de-escalation certification (Post-hire)
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of supervisory experience
