US Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Support Associate to greet patients, manage front desk operations, and assist clinicians with patient care. You will ensure a welcoming experience, handle scheduling, and support EMR data entry to maintain smooth clinic flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of medical office experience preferred, EMR familiarity a plus.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; professional interaction with clients and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with a positive attitude, check in patients, and direct inquiries.
• Schedule appointments accurately to optimize provider time and room utilization.
• Manage scheduling with focus on growth and provider availability.
• Notify clinicians of patient arrivals and monitor service delivery against the schedule.
• Enter patient data into the EMR accurately and generate reports as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Support clinic operations, including cleaning and tidying treatment areas.
