Job summary

Habitat Health is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor to lead the PACE clinic’s day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality, participant-centered care. You will supervise nurses and medical assistants, coordinate staff scheduling, and partner with the Medical Director on quality initiatives.

You will provide hands-on clinical care as needed and ensure EMR oversight, compliance, and smooth clinic performance in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in California.
  • 2–5 years of experience leading nursing teams and managing clinic operations.
  • Strong communication skills for trust-building within a team.
  • Ability to manage schedules and prioritize work to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Experience caring for a complex geriatric population with chronic conditions.
  • Solid knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring to clinic staff.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for RNs, LVNs, and MAs.
  • Manage clinic schedules to maintain coverage.
  • Support quality initiatives, audits, and CAP monitoring with Clinic Services Manager and Medical Director.
  • Monitor supplies, vendor management, and facility/equipment needs.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Role Scope

TheRNClinic Supervisoris an integral member of the Center’s leadership team, overseeing theday ‑ to ‑ dayoperations of the PACE clinic to ensurehigh ‑ quality,participant ‑ centeredcare. This role manages and supports a team of nurses and medical assistants ensuring clinical excellence and smooth clinic operations. In addition to operational leadership, this role manages key functions such as vendor coordination, supply ordering, and facility or equipment needs. The RN Clinic Supervisor also provideshands ‑ onclinical care as needed.

Core Responsibilities & Expectations for the Role
  • Oversee daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic, ensuring high-quality, participant-centered carefor both chronic and acute needs.
  • Assign duties to clinic staff and provide guidance during shifts to ensure tasks are completedtimelyandaccuratelyincluding oversight of EMR to ensureappropriate schedulingand documentation.
  • Provideleadership oversight and performance management includingfeedback, coaching, and mentoring to clinic team membersensuringrole clarity to perform functions at the top of their license.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for RNs, LVNs, and MAs
  • Manage clinic schedules tomaintaincoverage
  • Provide support with quality initiatives, auditreadinessandmonitoring CAPs in partnership with Clinic Services Manager and the Medical Director
  • Monitor supply levels and handle day-to-day operational needs including vendor management, supply ordering, and facility/equipment issues.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards of Habitat Health and other regulatory agencies.
  • Provide after-hourscoverage as needed.
  • Provide clinical care as needed such as nurse triage, emergency response, vaccine and medication administration, wound care, home care, and patient education
Required Qualifications
  • Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in California
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing withtwo (2) – five (5) years of experienceleading nursing teams, delegating tasks, and managing clinic operations.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to build trust and rapport within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and prioritize work to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Demonstrated ability to make routine clinic decisions, solve problems in real time, and elevateissuesas necessary.
  • Experience with caring for a complexgeriatric population with chronic conditions
  • Strong knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards

Compensation

Theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is $115,000 - $132,000 . This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 5 % of your base salaryand may be eligible foradditionalincentive compensation, as applicable.

The final compensation offered will bedeterminedbased on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs.

In addition, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance;paid parental leave,short- and long-termdisability coverage; life insurance; flexible spending accounts; a 401(k) savings planthat includes a match; paid time off; and companypaid holidays.
