Habitat Health, a PACE organization, is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor to lead the Center's day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring high‑quality, participant‑centered care. Role Scope : The RN Clinic Supervisor is an integral member of the Center's leadership team, overseeing the day ‑ to ‑ day operations of the PACE clinic to ensure high ‑ quality, participant ‑ centered care. This role manages and supports a team of nurses and medical assistants ensuring clinical excellence and smooth clinic operations. In addition to operational leadership, this role manages key functions such as vendor coordination, supply ordering, and facility or equipment needs. The RN Clinic Supervisor also provides hands ‑ on clinical care as needed.
