Qualifications

• Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years’ related work experience preferred.
• Three years’ experience in a health care clinic setting preferred.
• One year medical coding and billing experience preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including registration, medical records, AR charge entry and AP processing.
• Coordinate physician and patient scheduling and handle internal communications.

Job Description

Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions (for assigned clinic/center/location) including registration, medical records, AR charge entry, AP processing, physician and patient scheduling, incoming/outgoing mail and other office functions as required. Supervises the clinic/center staff, leads staff meetings and participates in performance reviews, human resources counseling and disciplinary actions, and in Provider meetings with management.

EDUCATION

• Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years’ associated work experience preferred.

Experience

• Three years’ experience in a health care clinic setting preferred.
• One year medical coding and billing experience preferred.

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
