Adapt communication style to build strong relationships and keep conversations with patients, providers, and teammates tactful, positive, and productive.
Proficiently provide direct patient care, staying updated on best practices (for both front and back of clinic) to guide teammates and ensure quality treatment.
Function as a working leader, providing on-the-ground support (70-90% of the time), to ensure high-quality care and service.
Identify and resolve issues promptly, adapt to changing situations, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
