Voyage Healthcare is hiring a Clinic Specialty Supervisor (CMA/LPN/RN) in Maple Grove, MN. This role oversees Gynecology, Rheumatology and Podiatry departments, coordinating daily operations and staff training, while ensuring coverage and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Minnesota RN license (required) or Medical Assistant certification (required).
• 1+ years of supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, clinical policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of Gynecology, Rheumatology and Podiatry Departments.
• Plan and coordinate daily department operations and coverage.
• Orient, train and evaluate newly hired staff in collaboration with the Site Manager.
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and clinical protocols as needed.
• Communicate policy changes to all clinic locations and staff.
• Facilitate provider and staff meetings on a regular basis.
• Stay informed on clinical advancements and assess feasibility for implementation.
