Voyage Healthcare in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Medical Assistant Lead to assume a Specialty Clinic Supervisor role across Gynecology, Rheumatology and Podiatry. You will oversee daily clinic operations, staff scheduling, onboarding, and policy implementation, while partnering with the Site Manager to drive performance and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for Gynecology, Rheumatology, and Podiatry
• Train and support new Medical Support Staff
• Partner with Site Manager on staff performance and development
• Support the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
• Communicate specialty updates, policy changes, medications, and clinical information to providers and staff
• Facilitate provider and staff meetings across specialty departments
• Evaluate emerging clinical advancements and opportunities for implementation
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing and cost-effective purchasing
• Serve as the primary resource for specialty providers and staff
• Provide clinical and operational support to specialty teams
• Assist Gynecology providers with in-office procedures
• Support Gynecology patient messages through the Patient Call Center
• Coordinate ultrasound reports and ensure accurate processing and billing
• Provide clinical support across the clinic as needed

We are seeking a dedicated Specialty Clinic Supervisor (Medical Assistant or LPN)to lead theday-to-day operations of our Gynecology, Rheumatology and Podiatry Departments. This role oversees clinic workflow and staffing, supports hiring and onboarding, and ensures appropriate clinic coverage. The Supervisor partners with the Site Manager to support staff performance and development, while leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of department projects, protocols, and initiatives.

Salary Range:$60,000 - $74,000 per year, based on years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and teamwork skills.
