Job summary

Nevada Health Centers is seeking a Site Supervisor for Cambridge Family Health Center in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality patient care, efficient operations, and strong customer service across the clinic.

You will support the Practice Manager and coordinate with staff to meet standards and goals. The position is full-time, located in Las Vegas, with a commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in clinic procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or professional degree in a healthcare related field.
• 2 years’ experience in a healthcare environment.
• BLS/CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and service.
• Partner with the practice manager to implement process improvements across procedures.
• Organize staff meetings and huddles to align on performance and safety standards.
• Manage financial statements and monitor profitability and productivity against targets.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, safety standards, and proper billing practices.
