Job summary

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend hours required.
• May be required to work alternate shifts or float to other clinic locations.
• May be required to work in a staff position to fill open shifts.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists and identifies opportunities for improvement and executes improvement plans approved by the Multi-site Managers.
• Supervises the orientation, training and cross training of clinic staff to ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Coaches and trains new and tenured clinic employees on job expectations.
• Partner with leadership to manage site staffing to serve patients.
• Monitors patient flow to ensure efficient operations and reduce wait times.
• Follows established scripts and protocols for patient rooming, discharge and callbacks.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintenance schedules are followed by staff.
• Support restocking, cleaning, and general unit readiness.
• Ensure adequate staffing at all times with final schedule approval by Multi-site Manager/RDO.
